Ms Sirohi is a distinguished educator and career counsellor with over 28+ years of rich experience spanning schools, colleges, universities, and the corporate sector. Her expertise lies in academic leadership, career guidance, and CSR initiatives in education. She was honored with the prestigious Literary Hero Award by the Rotary Club for her impactful rural library project under a CSR initiative.
Throughout her career, she has actively guided students in course and college selection, helping them navigate the admission process and assisting with documentation. As a student who just finished my 10th grade board exams, I was really confused and overwhelmed about which stream and career path to choose. I attended a career counselling session recently, and it turned out to be a turning point for me. The counsellor, Ms. Padma Sirohi Maam was very friendly and understanding. She patiently listened to my interests, strengths, and concerns, and helped me explore different career options in a clear and practical way.
